Try this the next time the world weighs on you. Sit quietly and say to yourself “I wonder what my next thought will be.” The time before the thought arrives is a time of quietness, and your mind is at inner peace, in other words a time without thought. When a thought comes, you have just lowered your level of consciousness and are back in your normal unconscious state.
