Football teams try to control the ball. Statistically, the team that possess the ball on offense for a majority of the 60 minutes of playing time in a game wins the game almost 70 percent of the time. That is stacking the odds of winning in your favor if you can control the ball for more time than your opponent.
Guess what? The same goes for your split mind! Let’s look at this more closely.
