by | Dec 5, 2019 | 5 comments

Once you have practiced being present, you can begin to reduce the amount of fear in your daily life. Fear of failure. Fear of being alone. Fear of heights. Fear of flying. The benefits of using the simple method of becoming present by stepping back and observing your own thoughts will improve your daily life exponentially the more often you remember to practice the easy exercise.
