Don’t Cry If You Owe Taxes…….Think About The Alternative!

My goodness! You would think it was the end of the world. An MD who makes more than 10 average American families cries over owing large amounts of income tax. I would hate to see how upset he would be if he were to lose his job!
My point here is this: nobody likes paying taxes. But when you do owe taxes it is always the result of something positive….you made money!
And following that logic, if you owe a lot of taxes all the time, you probably make a lot of money, all the time!
Don’t get me wrong. It is my dayjob to help people pay the lowest legal tax amount possible. But I do not pity the taxpayers who make multiple six digits every year and have to pony up some green to Uncle Sam.
I purposely avoid discussing politics here. But I wanted to console those of you who have to write big tax checks this April….making good money in THIS economy is quite an accomplishment, keep up the good work!
