My mind has been turned around so much in the past few years of study. One thing that really stands out for me is the fact that the more I give, the more I receive.
Your business needs to always remember that competition and competitiveness is the old way of thinking.
Every customer you meet needs to be increased in some way when doing business with you. Don’t think of the sale as a transaction, but as an increase for both of you. You increase cash but also goodwill and future referral revenue and assets like that every time someone is increased by you.
